Here is a beautiful and substantial Wildwood lamp, probably from the 1970s. The Kutani porcelain jar is completely hand decorated.Porcelain alone is 15.5" tall - about 10" wide. Sits on an 8 wide carved wood base, possibly rosewood. The cream porcelain is enameled in fine gold and robin's egg blue with an overall floral motif.
Porcelain has fine gilded robin's egg band at the base. Due to age, the glaze has a beautiful, very fine crackle underlying the decorated surface. This lamp would enhance any room with its subtle and rich appearance.
This lamp weighs about 14 pounds. Wildwood Lamps has been the standard of excellence in decorative lighting since 1900 when it was founded by W.
